The service people at Chem-Dry of Vancouver are very professional and cared about doing the job right. All area carpets were cleaned, as well as, one oriental rug, and the upholstery of one sofa, one over sided chair and one settee. Sometimes when upholstery is cleaned the process may need to be repeated more than once. Chem-Dry of Vancouver was more than happy to followed up with an additional resurfacing of the over sided chair and settee. Everything looks great! Chem-Dry will be my carpet cleaning from now on.
